Our 18^th Annual Meeting was held in Niverville this year on May 31^st. This was a very special meeting as we saw many participants who are members of the Winnipeg Chapter of the Canadian Company of Pilgrims. The national organization supports Canadians interested in the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The Crow Wing Trail is preparing to be a training trail for these pilgrims. A Crow Wing Trail Passport and Certificate are being developed with CDEM’s assistance. This passport will surely be of great interest to area residents who have been thinking of going out on the Crow Wing Trail for longer distances. Click here on presentation for more information.
